defining stars - defs.org, November 8We are very proud and happy to welcome in our organization one of the most promising swedish bunch of friends nowadays. From today on, the team formerly known as
inzania will represent
defs in the northern lands of Europe and much more! Actually competing at the highest level, inzania managed to qualify to
Extreme Masters Groupstage and are now part of Group B with the second match coming ahead against the spanish powerhouse
x6tence.AMD.
After some time of negotiation between both parts, we're finally ready to take the final step with the merge between inzania and defs. From this move results a swedish counter-strike team known as
defs.swe.
The team captain,
defs|Suppe had some words to say about his feelings and the team expectations:
"After alot of thinking we finally decided too join up with defining stars. The organization seems really promising and we hope that this is a decision we can look back at in a couple of months and feel that we made the right one. I feel that we have a bright future together in defs and it will be really fun to see what we can do at CPL Nordic even though the teams there will be extremely hard to beat".
The new
defs.swe will be represented by the following:
Niclas 'Nicke' Thörnqvist (manager)
Jesper 'Suppe' Lodén (cpt)
Stefan 'stf' Andersson
Niklas 'omega' Tegnvallius
Ola 'dmp' Johansson
Viktor 'MythoS' Kvist
Recently
inzania attended
Rendezvous XXI, past weekend to be more correct, and managed to finished third behind two mixteams of swedish stars such as
allen,
zet or
solido. In the meantime, they will keep practicing for the
Extreme Masters matches that come ahead. Next Thursday (16/11) will be time to face off
x6tence.AMD.
There is also in the schedule to attend the upcoming stop of CPL World Tour 2006,
CPL Nordic. This will be a hell of a fight with some of the best teams in Europe such as
SK Gaming or
NiP, along others, attending the event too.
Being so, we give them all a warm welcome to
defs and wish the best of luck in their future endeavours, expecting this to be a long, happy and stable relationship.
